As a student of Clear Horizons Early College High School, Independent Study Mentorship (ISM) is a required class for all seniors. About Me
Howdy! My name is Riya Shaw and I am a senior at Clear Horizons Early College High School. I want to pursue a career in medicine because of the critical knowledge and patient interactions the field includes. My passions inspired me to do a mentorship with Dr. Dharmashankar, an Interventional Cardiologist. I am highly involved in many clubs and events at my school. Outside of school, I am a part of the Vici Wrestling Team, I enjoy cooking (and eating), outdoor activities (especially hiking and camping), coding (mainly with Python), and spending time with the lovely people in my life.
